Here we share examples of how we are continually looking for ways to improve our client experience model. The best way for us to do tis is by evaluating our own personal consumer experiences and learning from them, both good and bad. We will not name any companies, as these situations were not shared directly with the company. I believe that it’s our responsibility to give a company the chance to “do the right thing” before commenting negatively on line. I know we want our clients to give us a chance before posting negative reviews online. But these examples demonstrate our commitment to excellence.
